Major Issues with Blogger!

I have been unable, for a couple of months now, to post blinkies on my sidebar. I have read all the threads at Bloggers HELP, to fix the issue, unsuccessfully. Apparently I am not alone, and it does not seem that Blogger is anxious to fix this in a hurry. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
